Immediately afterwards, the journalist could not avoid establishing a comparison between the events, something that is evident for many and that she highlighted: "Yes, with fear, because it is like the movie that we used to see Pablo Escobar when these murders occurred and it did not happen at all nothing. We saw it as something unattainable, but here it is in Ecuador, we are living in the era of Pablo Escobar, in which he is murdered incessantly, candidates, politicians are killed and absolutely nothing happens.
